当店は、芝浦市場をはじめ、全国から厳選した黒毛和牛と、新鮮な国産ホルモンを仕入れております。　

数量限定の「亀の子」「とうがらし」「シャトーブリアン」などの稀少部位をはじめ、様々な部位を余すことなくお楽しみいただける他、綺麗なサシが食欲をそそる焼肉の王道「カルビ」や、新鮮なホルモンもご用意。

We procure selected black wagyu meat and fresh Japanese hormone from Shibaura Market and other markets in Japan.
We also offer rare parts such as "Kamenoko", "Tougarashi", "Chateaubriand" for limited quantity, the king of Yakiniku "Kalbi" and fresh hormone as well.
Our skilled chefs cut the meat in the best way of each parts to bring out the original flavor of the meat. Also our secret sauce of refresihg taste makes further deepens the sweetness of the meat.
